Project Information. We advise and assist you in the preparation and
review of financial forecasts showing projected revenues and cash flows under a
range of business and financial assumptions concerning your company's
performance.
Structuring. We develop an optimal target capital structure and how debt
and equity might be raised for the project, on terms and conditions acceptable
to you.
Project Summary. We assist you
prepare project summary describing your company, its operations, historical
performance, and future prospects, to be used in discussions with our funding partners in order to establish their interest to participate in financing your
company.
Phase II - Marketing the Project
Funding Sources. We submit your project summary to our funding partners for their review.
Road Show. After we have received a point of interest from our funding partners on your project you will be invited to travel to their office with your management team to present your complete project.
Phase III - Closing the Project
Due Diligence. We coordinate the efforts between you and our funding partners to conduct
business and due diligence investigations.
Closing. Finally, we help you close the deal.
